We had another exceptional experience with K&T Premium Travel for our return journey to London Gatwick.From the moment I booked the service, the communication was clear and efficient. Our driver (Alex) arrived on time in a spotless, comfortable vehicle and greeted us warmly. There were even some sweets for the kids (which were well received!!). Alex was very polite and professional throughout our journey. Upon collection, communication was clear and Alex was waiting for us in the terminal.I will always use K&T Premium Travel and couldn't recommend them highly enough! What an amazing travel company, from requesting a quote right the way through to our travel to and from the airport. Very efficient, clean, comfy, friendly service. Gatwick Airport drop off and pick up a week later. Robert was easy to find, loads of good communication. Journey was issue free and comfortable. The Mercedes Car/Van was very comfy and clean and the complementary chargers, water and sweets were much appreciated. Will defo be using them in the future. 👍🏻

Hired K&T to take my granddaughter and her friend to their prom , they were very friendly and punctual , turning up early so the family could take photos and really make a fuss of them , they even surprised my granddaughter with a beautiful bouquet of flowers and the vehicle itself was exceptionally clean, would definitely recommend K&T if you have a special occasion, you wont find any one better to make your day special , Thank you very much for making my granddaughters evening very special

The car was clean and comfortable. The driver got me to the airport with plenty of time.Communication was excellent, with updates on the booking. Customer service was helpful and responsive to my questions.Overall, K&T Premium Travel was reliable and made my trip stress-free. Airport transfer for five people in a very nice Mercedes Vito. Driver was excellent and early for pick up. Our flight home was delayed but again was picked up on time as the driver was tracking the flight. Robert was excellent with all the booking details and confirmation. Can not rate this company enough and will be certainly using again.

We used K&T Premium Travel for the first time recently, to take us to Heathrow Airport. I found them by chance on a local Google search. They were the same price as leaving the car in a long stay car park, but with none of the hassle. The cars provided were executive class as promised and the Drivers were very professional and on time. We really felt special and looked after from start to finish.
