Terms and Conditions for K&T Premium Travel

Welcome to K&T Premium Travel. By using our website or booking our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree to these terms, you should refrain from using our services.

1. Definitions

  • “Company” refers to K&T Premium Travel.
  • “Client” refers to the person or entity making a booking or using our services.
  • “Services” refers to the chauffeur and related transportation services provided by the Company.
  • “Vehicle” refers to the luxury cars or minibuses operated by the Company.

2. Booking and Confirmation

  • Bookings can be made online, by phone, or via email. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by the Company.
  • A booking is considered confirmed when the Client receives a confirmation email or message from the Company.
  • The Client is responsible for providing accurate booking details, including dates, times, and locations. The Company is not liable for errors caused by inaccurate information provided by the Client.

3. Payment Terms

  • Full payment must be made prior to the commencement of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Payment methods include credit/debit cards, bank transfers, or any other method specified by the Company.
  • All rates are inclusive of applicable taxes, unless stated otherwise. Additional charges (e.g., waiting time, extra mileage, or parking fees) will be communicated and charged separately.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled service will be refunded in full.
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 12 hours of the scheduled service or for no-shows.

5. Changes to Bookings

  • Any changes to a confirmed booking must be requested as soon as possible. The Company will make reasonable efforts to accommodate such changes but cannot guarantee availability.
  • Additional charges may apply for changes requiring longer distances, extra time, or other modifications.

6. Chauffeur and Vehicle Responsibilities

  • Chauffeurs will drive responsibly and adhere to all road and traffic laws.
  • The Company reserves the right to refuse transport to any Client or passenger behaving in an unsafe, abusive, or disruptive manner.
  • The Client is responsible for any damage caused to the Vehicle by themselves or their party. Charges for damage or cleaning will be billed to the Client.

7. Waiting Time and Delays

  • For airport transfers, 45 minutes of complimentary waiting time is provided after the flight’s actual landing time. Additional waiting time will be charged at the applicable hourly rate.
  • For other bookings, 15 minutes of complimentary waiting time is provided at the pick-up location. After this, additional charges may apply.
  • The Company is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond its control, such as severe weather, road closures, or traffic congestion.

8. Client Responsibilities

  • The Client is responsible for ensuring that all passengers comply with local laws, including seatbelt use.
  • The Client must notify the Company of any special requirements, such as child seats, in advance of the booking.
  • The Client must ensure all personal belongings are removed from the Vehicle at the end of the service. The Company is not responsible for lost or forgotten items.

9. Limitations of Liability

  • The Company will take all reasonable measures to provide reliable and professional services. However, the Company is not liable for:

    • Missed flights or events due to circumstances beyond its control.
    • Losses, damages, or delays caused by third parties or unforeseeable events.
    • Loss or damage to personal belongings during the journey.
  • The Company’s total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid by the Client for the service in question.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

The Company collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

11. Termination of Service

The Company reserves the right to terminate any booking or service without prior notice if the Client or their party breaches these Terms and Conditions or engages in unsafe or disruptive behavior.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

13. Changes to Terms and Conditions

The Company reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
